Our Policies

We believe in making things fair, for all who enter The Lounge Salon.

To enable us to protect our business, and offer the highest standard of service from start to finish, we ask you to familiarise yourself with our policies before coming to our salon.

Deposits & Refunds

A deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment.

Your card details will be securely stored on our booking system with your authorisation. 

Charges as per policy will be automatically taken from this card.

All services are non refundable.

However you have 72 hours to request adjustments free of charge. This will not include adding colour or adjusting length. 

Appointments & Amendments

Appointments can be scheduled using our online booking system, or by contacting the salon or your preffered team member directly. 

We require no less than 48 hours to move or cancel your appointment. Anything less, a 50% charge will occur.  

Late Arrivals

We allow 15 minutes for late arrivals on appointments over 45 minutes. Any more may result in the need to reschedule your appointment or reduce the service. Both would result in a charge of the full scheduled service. 

Guest Policy

Arrive Alone

Please attend your appointment alone. Our salon is not designed to house those who are not receiving a service. 

We also ask you not to bring any children unless being breastfed. 

We can not allow children under 11 in the salon at any time. 

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If your appointment is at 9.30am, the front door will be unlocked at 9.25am.

Children & Devices

We can not accommodate children under 11 in the salon. 

Please ensure you bring headphones if you wish to watch your device.
